About the Role:
Home Care Solutions LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team in Madison, GA. In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing essential daily support that allows them to live comfortably and independently at home. Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and positioning support as needed
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding when necessary
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
- Transport or accompany clients to appointments and errands as needed
- Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a PCA, CNA, home health aide, or caregiver preferred
- Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
- Ability to assist with physical tasks including lifting and transferring clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus

Compensation: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
